The room had a bidet and a nice view from the windows, and the hotel was conveniently situated very close to the city center, the castle, and the main square.

The location was good, not too far from Mimar Sinan Parki. The view from standard room was pleasant. The very helpful and professional staff helped us during visit.

There is a lot of fab food for breakfast.

loved this small hotel: outstanding food and very helpful staff. we stayed in a big room, which had a view of city. location: the venue was very close to city centre and the airport and downtown area. lots of restaurants to eat close by, like pelin'in sofrasi that was only 20 minutes' walk away.

The location was good and easy, adjacent to the center and the airport, airport and the city centre, and had particularly nice views. It also was close to Kayseri train station.

The food was delicious with a wide variety of options available, and the staff was very polite and welcoming. the valet parking was a convenient and appreciated service. the location was ideal for us as it was close to several restaurants for us to explore.

We were disappointed with the room. It was too small to move around comfortably with our luggage, and the bath tub door was stuck.

The hotel room was spacious and the bed was comfortable during my business trip. I appreciated the eco-friendly card system that automatically turned off the lights and air conditioning when I left the room. The hotel's location was convenient to the main attractions and local restaurants.

The pillows and bedding were not properly cleaned, and some areas had obvious tea stains. The breakfast items were stale and unappetizing.
